Enter the ticket reference from your confirmation email or text, plus the phone number you used. We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you before showing any details.

Use the same number you used when you submitted the request.

Standard SLAs: 30 days (general / EU / UK), 45 days (California). We'll surface live progress here once you verify.

We never reveal whether a ticket exists for a given phone number until you successfully verify the code we sent.
